Kendra graduated from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a degree in Communications. She lives in Peabody, and enjoys traveling, music, and scrapbooking.

Frank Celona co-founded Next Step Financial Services because of a lifelong passion for helping others. He takes great pride in applying his entrepreneurial vision and years of public service to educate his clients how to achieve their financial goals.

As a licensed insurance agent, Frank educates individuals, families, and businesses how they can secure their financial future through Life Insurance, Annuities, Debt Elimination and College Funding programs. He believes in building strong relationships with his clients and creating long term strategies that can benefit clients regardless of their current financial situation and help them take the next step to financial freedom.

Frank retired from the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority after a 25 years of customer service where he worked with the public solving any problems or issues they encountered. Frank has owned multiple profitable businesses where his success was matched only by his commitment to giving back to the surrounding community. He has coached several sports teams and mentored players at all levels where his “educate first” philosophy contributed to the success and improvement of both individual player and team success.

Frank lives in West Peabody with his wife Lori who he has been married to for 25 years and has two children: Franco, 22 and Sophia 17.

Edward W Rhodes III has been the financial services industry for over 30 years. Insurance licensed in the state of Massachusetts and six other states serving the public with proper financial education especially in the areas of tax-free retirement, estate preservation, college funding, and family protection.

For more than 14 years, Edward has helped and trained many individuals that wished to start a career in financial services. Over three years ago, Edward started an insurance agency designed to help families eliminate their debt, create wealth on a guaranteed basis, and retire with enough money and still pass on a tax-free estate to their heirs. He is also dedicated in helping others who wish to work in this industry do the same. With his partners, he has created an atmosphere of education as the cornerstone of building a financial future for his clients and work partners.

Edward graduated from Salem State College in 1972 with an undergraduate degree in education and from Cambridge College in 2005 with a Master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Business. He and his wife Gineen, married 49 years, have two daughters and one grandson. He also enjoys doing jigsaw puzzles, playing guitar, and reading.
